I have so many problems with this article. It not only highlights American mismanagement of priorities and narcissism, but it also shows that the media is doing nothing to point out the absurdity of our social norms.

I personally am in favor of same-sex marriage. I fail to see how people are so threatened by it. I grew up in a Catholic environment, so I've heard the Christian arguments. I fail to see the validity in their reasoning.
